Do I need an account?
Yes, for booking or joining the queue online — it takes a minute and an e-mail code. Without one, just walk in: the front desk adds you to the same queue.
How is the wait worked out?
From the services of everyone ahead of you and the number of barbers on duty. It is an estimate, so we show it as a range and it updates as the line moves.
What if I am late?
When you are called you have 5 minutes to reach the chair. After that the spot goes to the next customer, but the front desk can put you back in line once.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, from My visits, up to 2 hr before your time. That frees the slot for someone else.
How do I pay?
At the counter, after your cut. The website never asks for payment.
