Your data at Luis Barbershop

This notice covers the Luis Barbershop website and app. It is written to meet the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and e-mail address, to create your account and contact you about your visits.
• Your bookings and queue tickets, and a record of each completed visit (service, barber, times, price).
• Notifications we have sent you, kept for 60 days.
• A random device identifier, so signing out on one device does not sign you out on another.

What we do not collect

• No payment details — you pay at the counter.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie keeps you signed in, and page scripts cannot read it.

Who sees it

The barbers and the shop's management, to serve you. The public queue board and the live queue page show ticket numbers only, never names. We do not sell or share your data.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in My visits → Account, and delete your account there at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal details; anonymous visit records stay so the shop's numbers remain correct.
